been educating Shippers and Motor Carriers on how to legally
handle, store, label, package and transport Hazardous
Materials.
Ever since the creation and enactment of EPA’s
Resource, Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA), Mr.
Smith has been conducting Seminars and Training Programs on
the Federal regulations as outlined in Titles 29, 40 and 49 of
the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
As a professional chemist (Graduate of McGill
University) he has been an Adjunct Professor of Environmental
Science at the Holyoke Community College during the 1980’s and
90’s.
